Accessibility Statement
Last updated: 22 June 2026
Boardrooms to Backroads Consulting LLC (“B2BC”, “we”, “us”) is committed to making the TrailTrack application (the “Service”) usable by as many people as possible, including people who rely on assistive technologies. This statement describes our approach to accessibility, our target standard, known limitations, and how a Customer or User can request assistance or report a barrier.
1. Our commitment
We treat accessibility as an ongoing part of how we design and build the Service. We aim to provide an experience that is perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust for people with a wide range of abilities, and to improve continuously as the Service evolves.
2. Target standard
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) version 2.1, and to track the additional success criteria introduced in WCAG 2.2, at Level AA. This is an aspirational and ongoing goal rather than a guarantee. At present we consider the Service to be partially conformant, meaning that some parts of the Service may not yet fully meet the target standard.
3. Measures we take
- Using semantic HTML and document structure so that headings, lists, landmarks, and controls convey meaning to assistive technologies.
- Supporting keyboard navigation for core actions, including a “skip to content” landmark and visible focus states.
- Designing for color contrast in both light and dark themes, and offering theme choices for contrast preferences.
- Adding ARIA roles, names, and properties where native semantics are not sufficient, and providing text alternatives and labels for interactive controls where applicable.
- Supporting responsive and mobile layouts so the Service can be used across a range of screen sizes and devices.
4. Known limitations
Despite our efforts, some areas of the Service may have accessibility gaps:
- Complex, highly interactive views — such as boards, Gantt and timeline views, and whiteboards — may have limitations for keyboard-only or screen-reader use.
- Third-party, embedded, or user-generated Content (for example, imported documents, attachments, or connected services) may not conform to the same standard and is outside our direct control.
- Newer or beta features may not yet have completed accessibility review.
We are working to identify and address these gaps over time.
5. Assistive-technology & browser compatibility
We aim for the Service to work with current versions of widely used browsers and common assistive technologies, such as modern screen readers and browser zoom or magnification. Because assistive technologies and browsers vary and change, we cannot guarantee compatibility with every combination or configuration, and older or unsupported software may not work as intended.
6. Ongoing effort & testing
Accessibility is an ongoing process. We incorporate accessibility considerations into design and development, and we use a combination of automated checks and manual review to find and fix issues. As we add and change features, we re-evaluate and prioritize improvements.
7. Requesting accommodations or reporting a barrier
If you encounter an accessibility barrier, or need information or a feature in an alternative format, please contact us at accessibility@boardroomstobackroads.com. To help us respond effectively, please include:
- A description of the barrier or the assistance you need.
- The page, view, or feature involved, and the URL where applicable.
- The browser, operating system, and any assistive technology you were using.
We aim to acknowledge accessibility reports within [target response time] and to work with you on a resolution or a reasonable alternative.
8. Alternative ways to get help
If a part of the Service is not accessible to you, we will try to provide the information or function through an alternative means, such as another format or direct assistance from our team. Please use the contact above to let us know how we can help.
9. Assessment status
The conformance information in this statement is based on a self-assessment by B2BC and has not necessarily been independently verified. [Details of any external audit or evaluation, including the assessor and date, may be inserted here.]
10. Feedback, changes & contact
We welcome feedback on the accessibility of the Service. We may update this Accessibility Statement from time to time; the “Last updated” date above reflects the latest version. For accessibility questions or feedback, contact accessibility@boardroomstobackroads.com. Boardrooms to Backroads Consulting LLC, 5900 Balcones Drive, STE 100, Austin, Texas 78731.
